Recommended by a friend who works nearby. We went early in the morning and were pretty much the only ones there so it really lacked 'buzz'. On the plus side, the food is all organic and baked/prepared/chosen with a lot of love ... and the coffee is made using sumptious Monmouth beans.
It is the sister to the veggie restaurant Mildred's, found down the road.
